Written notice
Individual cancellations must be in writing. Written cancellations received after September 14, 2026 are subject to a $75 per person penalty.
120 to 61 days before departure
Cancellations in this period are subject to non-refundable vendor payments, costs shared by all students, and a $200 per person penalty.
Within 60 days
The policy states a 100% per person penalty on the total package price, unless a substitution can be found at the time of cancellation. Airline name-change fees may also apply.
Entire group cancellation
The travel agent’s agreement includes a separate entire-group cancellation clause concerning changes of tour operator or direct travel. It states that, if the group breaches that clause, all monies are forfeited to the tour operator and additional supplier-related financial losses may apply.
Participants acknowledge the cancellation policy when registering and submitting the trip deposit.
